PAWS In My Hands
Paws in my Hands is an end of life doula support consulting service for people and their animal companions.
Hello & Welcome, my name is Raeann and I am a certified animal companion end-of-life doula.
I offer a professional level of support to navigate end of life caregiving, and support of you the caregiver, through bereavement.
I am certified through the University of Vermont. I am also a professional nurse practitioner (of people). I also love and have lost faithful friends. I understand how daunting, and sometimes how alone, it can feel in being an end of life caregiver, and losing a cherished pet.
What I offer: Consultations. If you and your pet need support at the end of life, I can support you. I offer a sliding scale because I am committed to equity.
My philosophy is based on my training as a certified animal companion doula and is centered in unconditional positive regard. I practice this and will offer my support.
